UPSB Campaign Terms

The "UPSB" campaign is run by Invity Finance s.r.o., Company ID No. 223 69 775 ("Invity"). These Campaign Terms supplement the General Campaign Rules available at invity.io/legal and, to the extent they expressly govern a specific Benefit and its parameters, prevail over them. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the General Campaign Rules and the Terms (GTC).

From 6 November 2026 to 31 December 2030.

The code can be entered during the Campaign period. Eligible transactions may continue for 12 months after entering the code, including after the Campaign period ends.

Registered Users who have not previously completed any successful transaction with Invity.

By entering the code UPSB in the Invity App. A User may be attributed to only one campaign; a single attribution applies under clause 3.3 of the General Campaign Rules.

• a bonus of up to €50 in total, credited in BTC, paid out gradually in instalments of €5 for each of 10 consecutive eligible transactions.

Setting up an Auto Buy, Auto Buy Plus, Turbo Buy or Turbo Buy Plus strategy and executing 10 consecutive successful recurring buy transactions, the first of them within 30 days of entering the code, and all of them within 12 months of entering the code.

Each instalment of €5 is credited once the conditions are met for the relevant eligible transaction, up to a total of €50. The right to any instalment not yet credited lapses if the first eligible transaction is not executed within 30 days of entering the code, or if the conditions are not met within 12 months of entering the code. Where the Benefit is a BTC bonus, its amount is calculated in Fiat currency and converted to BTC under clause 4.2 of the General Campaign Rules; the value expressed in Fiat currency is not guaranteed.

The Benefit may be obtained at most once per User. The Benefit cannot be combined with other benefits, discounts or advantages unless Invity provides otherwise.

The General Campaign Rules apply to this campaign, in particular the provisions on prohibited abuse (clause 5) and on amendment, suspension and termination of campaigns (clause 6). Invity is entitled to amend, suspend or terminate the campaign and these Campaign Terms at any time. Matters not governed here are governed by the General Campaign Rules and the Terms (GTC).
